Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Assessment

Titleist Performance Institute’s 16 point physical assessment designed to evaluate your body’s ability to, or inability to perform an efficient golf swing. Identify your unique physical limitations, correlate these findings to your personal swing technique, and learn a custom-conditioning program.

After your faults are determined, we design a custom golf fitness program to improve your body’s performance related to the golf swing.
 
Your golf specific performance program will consist of drills and exercises that will address and improve flexibility, strength, balance as it relates to the golf swing.

In collaboration with your golf teaching pro, your swing faults are corrected producing improved swing mechanics.

The results from this process produce improvement in posture, balance, accuracy, distance, swing consistency, as well as reduce your risk of injury.
