All memberships (personal training and semi-private), month-to-month and six-month commitments, will automatically renew unless we are notified via cancellation request form below five days before the end of the month.

To formally cancel your membership upon the completion of your current membership agreement, please fill out the below form no later than the five days before the desired cancellation date.

All personal training packages will automatically renew once the package runs out unless we are notified via cancellation request form below prior to the completion of your current package.

​For six month commitments, there will be a $300 early termination fee. This fee is not applicable if you are relocating outside Philadelphia city limits.
