April 2nd is National Walking Day and what better way to supplement your Leverage workouts by lacing up your sneaks for a walk to enjoy the spring weather?!
Did you know that the average person age 18-59 years old should be getting 7,000-10,000 steps a day?! The American Heart Association created Walking Day to encourage more people to get up and move as the average adult is sedentary for longer than 8 hours a day. Get those smart rings and watches out and see where you land!
